Cancellation Policy

Non Refundable Reservation

1. In the case of cancellation 24 hours before arrival / departure.
   
   

2. If on your fault, you booked on wrong dates.(Please always check dates and time on your Taxi Voucher)
   
   

3. In the case of non show of your party at Pick-Up point, without a prior notification (e-mail, sms, phone call).

Full Refundable Reservation

1. In the case of cancellation 48 hours or more.
   
   

2. In the case that your Airplane or your Cruise Ship can't arrive in Athens due to strikes, mechanical problems, or bad weather conditions.
   In this case you can change your service to another day, or give your voucher to another person, for the same service (Please, inform us in time).
   
   

3. If we refund your payment and your payment is less than 60 days back, you have the 100% of your payment amount back.On all refunds that your payment is more than 60 days back, there is a charge of 4,5% (PayPal clearance charge) .
