Terms & Conditions

• A 30% deposit of total amount of your service (transfer/tour) is required to book it.
  You will pay the balance (in cash), after your service to your driver.
  However, if the total amount of your service, is up to 60 € and for your convenience,
  we recommend, to pre-pay the total amount.
  

• For "Existing Customers" there is no need for a deposit.

• To cancel your service, please refer to our ''Cancellation Policy'' page.

• Your service will be done, by a Luxurious & Legitimate Taxi Car, E-Class Mercedes Benz or higher category.

• The indicated price is for a car, that can acommodate max. 4 passengers + 4 suitcases + 4 small hand lagguages.
  However, please inform us of the passengers no. in the reservation form.

• The price, for a Tour, does not include the cost of entrance to museums, or archaeological sites, food or drinks.

• Tours take place throughout the week and at the time of the customer’s choosing.
  Tours outside of Athens, begin between 08:30 to 09:00 in the morning.

• For all Tours, the time that the tour starts, is the ''booked time'' on your reservation form.

• The order of visits on the tour, may change due to ircumstances, beyond our control (Bad weather conditions, demonstrations, road closers...).

• At anytime you can stop the car, in order to take pictures, have a drink, extend your visit time in a sight, shop or anything else that you need. All Tours are ''Private'' and you can change the schedule as you like.

• Please keep in mind, that the tour starting time (from your pick-up point), will have to allow time for visits to archaeological sites, where these are included in the program.

• Important Note:
  Please if you, or any of the passengers or children, who travel with you, has any medical condition that we need to know i.e. car sickness, nausea, or more serious as diabetes, please do let us know, in advance.

• Drivers cannot enter sites with you, as they are not official tourist guides.

  We are in collaboration, with official tourist guides and we can book one, speaking the language you prefer, but let us know this in advance.
